Description

HL500 series 90mm LED headlamps are the latest technology for premium performance and reliability. Using ultra high quality LED's with advanced optics the HL500 series provides powerful high beam precision light output with absolute clarity. The core LED light source has been designed to meet the most demanding conditions resulting in a highly reliable maintenance free high beam lighting solution. Featuring a robust polycarbonate lens and constructed using a strong, lightweight aluminum frame withe integrated heat sink, the unit is fully sealed to IP67 and has multiple mounting points for easy fitting and engineering application. The unit uses an external LED driver keeping the low profile dimensions of the main lamp unit to enable hassle free installation or retrofit. Easy beam aim is achieved by three adjustment screws allowing for wide angle adjustment to ensure correct aiming. The unit is suited to commercial and OE applications for approved high beam function with integrated forward position / park lamp.
